Kaizer Chiefs going four games without scoring a goal ranks high up there as one of their worst runs in the PSL era. Is there enough effort to bulge the net? KickOff reveals Amakhosi's shocking attacking statistics.

Chiefs not finding the back of the net in 360 minutes of football should be a big cause for concern for a club that regularly spends multi-millions on the signing of attacking players.

It is not immediately clear whether the issue is with the players or the coach ... or a combination of both ...

However, according to statistics, the Glamour Boys, in their run of four games without scoring, have not done enough to merit a victory and the results are a true reflection of their situation.

In their goalless draw away to Cape Town City, they had 12 shots at goal but managed only two shots on target.

More worrying is that, as per the stats, they created zero big chances and had no shot hitting the woodwork.

Cavin Johnson's charges went on to lose 1-0 to Stellenbosch FC at home, where they had 19 shots at goal and only five on target.

According to the stats, Chiefs also did not create any big chance in the game and had no shot that came off the woodwork.

In their third game of a four-game streak without scoring, Amakhosi went down 2-0 to Chippa United, where they had 18 shots at goal but could only have three on target.

As per the stats, Chiefs created only one big chance and no shot hit the post or the crossbar.

The Soweto giants' recent 1-0 defeat to Richards Bay FC was a slight improvement from the previous three, as they managed to have seven shots on target from the 15 shots fired at goal.
